The wall comes first

We find out what the wall carries, plan the beam or support if one is needed, and get the permit before anything comes down.

Good to know

  • Can any wall come down?

    Most can, but some carry the roof. We check before we promise anything.

  • What about pipes in the wall?

    They can usually be moved. We show you where in the plan.

  • Does it need a permit?

    Yes. We prepare it and meet the inspector.
